How the process works
We turn the commercial requirement into a clear product, quality, volume and target-cost brief.
IBC searches for relevant manufacturing capability and screens unsuitable options.
We compare evidence on process, capacity, quality, compliance, cost and communication.
We support sampling, negotiation, controls and next steps before production commitment.
Questions clients often ask
Can you source complete instruments and accessories?
Yes, where the requirement fits IBC’s musical-instrument expertise and an appropriate manufacturing base can be identified.
Do you work only in China?
No. China is important, but supplier choice should follow capability, risk and commercial suitability rather than geography alone.
Is a successful sample enough?
No. A sample does not prove consistent production capability. Specifications, process controls and production evidence also matter.
Can IBC conduct factory visits?
Factory or supplier validation can be included where location, timing and scope are agreed.
Will you take responsibility for product compliance?
IBC can support the evidence and process, but legal responsibilities and any specialist testing must be clearly assigned.
